I've started Computing Confidence at the suggestion of my very intelligent, and capable mother-in-law. Although she has been very successful in business, including technology, she finds herself confused and frustrated by computers, digital TV, internet, etc.... I've been providing assistance for years, and she suggested I share my patience and knowledge with others who have similar concerns.
